Deposits & Cancellations

When your session is booked, that date and time is reserved on my calendar.  Other sessions are scheduled around your allotted time and my day is planned out accordingly.  Depending on the type of session you have scheduled, time is spent coordinating the session details, setting up props and/or traveling.  If I have a last minute cancellation or a no-show, gaps are left in between appointments.  In addition, your scheduled time could have been used to schedule another client.  Therefore, it is an inconvenience and important to keep your scheduled time.

However, I do understand that circumstances occur beyond our control and you may reschedule your session one time with your deposit being transferable.  Please notify me at least 5 days prior to your session date and request a new date and time.  This gives me the opportunity to fill your spot with another client or adjust my schedule.

If you must cancel your session, your deposit is non-refundable.  Last minute cancellations or reschedules will forfeit your deposit.
